Photos: UNIABUJA Students Block Airport Road Over Colleague’s Death

Aggrieved students of the University of Abuja, UNIABUJA, on Monday, February 18, trooped out in their numbers to protest the death of a student of the institution.

They blocked the busy Airport road to protest the incident.

The 200 level student, whose name is yet to be known, was reportedly knocked down by a driver on Sunday night while she was evading some robbers.

The deceased was said to have been returning from home and had just dropped off a bus close to the main gate of the school when she was attacked by robbers.

The car owner reportedly carried her remains into the school for identification.
