Breaking: Osinbajo Withholds Assent To Four Bills

Abuja, (AN24) – Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, on Wednesday, February 22, withheld assent to four bills passed by the National Assembly.

Osinbajo in a letter written to the senate president, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, said he has withdrawn assents to the bills.

The bills are Dangerous Drugs Amendment Bill 2016, National Lottery Commission Bill 2016, Agricultural Credit Guarantee Scheme Fund 2016, and Currency Conversion Freezing Order Amendment Bill 2016.
