Kaduna, (AN24) – President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, March 10, returned to the country after spending forty nine days medical vacation in London, United Kingdom.
Recall that President Buhari had on Thursday, January 19, embarked on a 10 days vacation in London.
The President was however expected back in the country on February 5 and to resume work on Monday, February 6, only to write the National Assembly seeking for an extension indefinitely.
However, the President arrived Nigeria today, putting an end to the controversies surrounding his return to the country.
The presidential jet that conveyed Buhari landed at the Air Force Base in Kaduna at 7.40am, with the President expected to be conveyed in an helicopter to the Presidential Villa, Abuja where top government officials are already waiting to receive him.
