Lagos, (AN24) – Disqualified Big Brother Naija housemate, Ekemini Ekerete, popularly known as Kemen, has revealed what transpired between him and fellow housemate, TBoss that led to his disqualification from the house.
Recall that the fitness instructor was disqualified from the ongoing Big Brother Naija reality television show for sexually harassing another housemate, Tboss.
A night before his disqualification, Kemen touched TBoss while she was sleeping, causing outrage from Big Brother Naija fans.
Displeased with the outrage, Big Brother (Biggie) noted that the move was not mutual, adding that his action was an infringement of TBoss right, an act which eventually led to Kemen’s disqualification.
Speaking on the matter after leaving the house, Kemen told Azuka Ogujiuba of Media Room Hub television during an interview, that TBoss withheld the truth because of the N25 million naira price tag.
When asked to explain what happened on that night, Kemen said, “I would say she spoke under pressure because viewers can’t really tell what happens in the house. Like I said, there is a game side of it, then extreme pressure side of it.
“But for the video, for every decision there are perceptions and there is a reality, but for some people their perception is their reality and I know I might have hurt a lot of people’s perception from the video and I regret that a lot of people felt sad, felt disappointed in how I left the house and when I left the house, the circumstance sounding my leaving the house.
“I apologize to my fans that expected me to stay longer in the house, every woman out there that perceived the video in the light that hurt their feeling.
“But to that story there is a reality and things are not always the way they look.
When asked if TBoss gave him the consent to touch her, Kemen replied “like I said the perception around the video has become a reality to a lot of people and the last thing I want to sit down here and do is to try and be defensive because the truth is that I got myself entangled in a situation that misunderstood.
“But the honest truth about what happened under the cover, let’s not forget that the video was focused on a certain movement under the cover.
“The honest truth of what happened under the cover lies between two people, me and TBoss and I only hope that whenever she is out of the house, where there is no N25 million naira at stake, I hope she will be able to embrace the truth”.
The second edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show which is hosted by former Big Brother contestant, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has seen five contestants (Soma, Miyonse, Cocoice, Ese and Jon) evicted from the house.
