#EkitiDecides2018: Eleka, Fayemi Vote As INEC Resolves Eleka’s Card reader Issue
The governorship Candidates of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressives Congress (APC) for today’s poll in Ekiti State Prof Kolapo Olusola Eleka and Dr. Kayode Fayemi respectively in their different polling units.
Dr. Kayode Fayemi voted around 10:23am at his polling unit in Ward 11, Isan Ekiti while Prof Olusola Eleka casts his vote in Ikere Ekiti after Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) resolved issue with card reader’s rejection of his PVC earlier in the day.
The Wife of APC Candidate, Erelu Fayemi also had little challenge with the card reader but she has exercise her franchise by voting.
Our correspondent reports that eligible voters turned out in large number to vote for candidate of their chioce across the 16 local government areas of the state.
