The Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has officially sworn-in, Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Permanent Secretaries, and Chief Press Secretary.
Africa News24 (AN24) understands that Sanwo-Olu had earlier said he will apportion the office of Secretary to the State Government, SSG, and key ministry to women if elected as governor of the state in the March gubernatorial poll.
The swearing-in ceremony which took place at the state house assembly had top members of the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC), Monarchs and members of state house of assembly.
Sworn In government officials include, Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mrs Sherifat Folashade Jaji, Chief of Staff, Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo, Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, and six other permanent secretaries inclusive.
Babajide Sanwo-olu admonished the new intake to further assist with the vision actualization of All Progressives Party Next Level of greatness for Lagos.
Sanwo-Olu further urged the newly sworn in to be innovative, receptive to new ideas within and outside of government.
