Ex-Premier League striker James Vaughan has joined Bradford on a three-year deal.
The former Everton and Sunderland striker, 30, was released by Wigan after spending time on loan at Portsmouth.
“A three-year deal is a big commitment for the club and myself,” said Vaughan.
“I know I’m joining a big, ambitious project – which is only moving forward. The manager wants me to be a bit of a leader on the pitch.”
Arsenal Sign Nigerian Goalkeeper, Defender
English Premier League side, Arsenal, have signed a new deal with Nigerian players, Ovie Ejeheri and Daniel Oyegoke, ahead of next season.
According to Allnigieriasoccer, the North London side signed the new deal with the Nigerians at London Colney on Monday.
Ejeheri is a goalkeeper while Oyegoke is a right-back and they will play for the Gunners’ U18s in the 2019-2020 season.
Lampard Set To Seal Three-Year Deal With Chelsea
Former Chelsea Midfielder, Frank Lampard has been offered a three-year contract by Chelsea, Naija News understands.
According to a sport journalist and transfer expert, Nicolo Schira, who works for Gazzetta dello sport, the Derby Coach will be with the Blues till 2022.
Schira, who took to his Twitter account on Tuesday wrote, “All confirmed! #DerbyCounty has granted permission for #Chelsea to speak to Frank #Lampard.”
“He will be the new manager of #Blues and he will sign a contract until 2022. #transfers #CFC.”
Neymar Agrees Five-Year Deal With Barcelona
27-year-old Neymar has reportedly agreed a five-year contract with his former team, Barcelona.
According to the report, the Brazilian has agreed to Barcelona’s offer as he is aware of the high transfer fee that the Spanish side need to resign him from PSG.
This is coming after the PSG star accepted to fulfill all three conditions from Barcelona in order to force a move back to Ernesto Valverde’s side.
Neymar has been linked with a return to La Liga Champions since joining PSG in 2017 for a world-record deal of £222 million.
He earlier this week had revealed his intention to leave PSG for Barcelona in this summer’s transfer window.

Bristol City striker Saikou Janneh has signed a new four-year contract at Ashton Gate.
“I am so happy to sign,” said Janneh. “I’ve just tried to work hard and it’s been great being around the first team and at Torquay.
“Everyone at the Academy has done a great job and they made me feel really welcome and comfortable. Brian Tinnion always told me to work hard, be hungry and have a good attitude.
“I’m looking forward to having a good pre-season and then next season whether I’m lucky enough to be in the first team or going out on loan again.”
