Jamaican contestant, Toni-Ann Singh has been crowned the 69th Miss World, with Miss France and Miss India as runners-up in the beauty pageant.
The event took place on Saturday at ExCeL London, United Kingdown with Miss Nigeria making the top 5.
“To that little girl in St. Thomas, Jamaica, and all the girls around the world, please believe in yourself,”
“Please know that you are worthy and capable of achieving your dreams. This crown is not mine, but yours. You have a purpose,” the 23-year-old beauty queen wrote on her Instagram page.
Singh was crowned by last year’s winner, Mexican Vanessa Ponce de Leon.
