Singer, H2Owater, has questioned foremost construction company, Julius Berger officials’ decision to go for prayers at the Redemption Camp over non-completion of Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
In a video he posted on his Instagram handle, the officials could be seen on their knees while the General Overseer of RCCG, Pastor E.A Adeboye could be seen praying for them to be able to complete the project in year 2020.
A background voice could be heard saying “this is what Nigeria has turned to. Imagine Pastor Adeboye praying for Julius Berger to complete a project they were duly paid for”.
The singer wrote: “PST E.A Adeboye praying for Julius Berger to finish the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. I really commend this act as the Bible commands us to pray for those in authority. God bless you Daddy G.O.
“But on another angle, weren’t Julius Berger duly paid for this job? If they can’t do it, why did they collect it? I think they should just do it for free and collect the blessing from the man of God.
“The Lagos-Ibadan Expressway was supposed to have been completed since last year December and now, we are praying to God to finish before December 2020. What a country.”
