A German poll has found that 41% of Germans perceive Donald Trump to be the most dangerous of five leaders.
The survey carried out by YouGov, pitted the United States of America President against Russia’s Vladimir Putin, North Korean dictator, Kim Jong Un, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
17 percent of the 2,024 respondents opined that Kim was the most dangerous.
Putin and Khamenei both earned 8 percent of the votes each, while Xi was seen as the least dangerous with 7 percent of the votes.
The polls were conducted between December 16th and 18th, 2019.
The polls also gauged Germans’ opinion on Chancellor Angela Merkel, revealing that more Germans trusted French President Emmanuel Macron than Merkel.
Trump’s poor rating comes amidst growing tensions in Iran after his sanctioned assassination of top Iranian General, Soleimani.
The vocal Republican has warned of a heavy attack on Iran if they retaliate the Soleimani’s killing.
