Hat-trick Hero, Erling Haaland Makes Stunning Dortmund Debut

It was a debut to remember for Norwegian teenager, Erling Haaland, as he inspired Dortmund to a stunning comeback against Ausburg in the German Bundesliga.
The 19-year-old, a 56th minute introduction, added to the 3-1 scoreline with his first goal in a Dortmund jersey, having joined from Austrian side, RB Salzburg in January.
He pulled Dortmund clear in the 70th minute after Jadon Sancho had equalised in the 61st.
Things only got worse for Ausburg from then on as a barrage of attacks saw Haaland add some gloss to the scoreline with his third, and Dortmund’s fifth goal, earning him the match ball.
The result meant Manchester United fans continue to rue their luck in the transfer market, as they missed out on Haaland due to their unwillingness to overpay his agent.
The last Manchester United player to score a Hat-trick remains Robin Van-Persie in 2013.
