Highlife Legend, Victor Olaiya Is Dead

Veteran Highlife musician, Victor Olaiya has died after brief illness.

He died at the age of 89.

Olaiya passed on at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on Wednesday afternoon.

His death was confirmed by the Managing Director of Evergreen Music Company LTD., Bimbo Esho.
