F.C. Porto Striker, Moussa Marega, has reacted to alleged racist abuse by fans of Vitoria Guimarães.

Marega led the Porto attack in an away game against Vitoria on Sunday night.

Racist chants were allegedly made by fans of the club he once represented.

Marega scored in the second half and pointed to his skin, placed a black bucket over his head, made a thumbs down and middle finger gesture to the home support and demanded to be subbed off.

His teammates, however, tried to keep him on amid the growing tensions which saw him earn a yellow card.

After the match, Marega took to social media to blast the racists as well as the referees for not defending him

He said, “I would just like to tell these idiots who come to the stadium to make racist chants, go f*** yourself.

“And I also thank the referees for not defending me and for giving me a yellow card because I defend my skin colour. I hope I never see you on a football field again. You are a disgrace!”

F.C. Porto released a video after the match, condemning racism.
