Supreme Court To Rule On Ihedioha's Case 3pm

The Supreme Court in Abuja has on Tuesday taken arguments from parties on the application filed by the sacked Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party.

A seven-man panel of the apex court led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad suspended the proceedings said the court’s ruling on the application filed by Ihedioha would be delivered at 3pm.

The Court had on January 14 removed Ihedioha as the Governor and declared Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress as the valid winner of the last governorship election in the state.
