The Federal Government of Nigeria, has imposed travel ban on 13 countries to check the spread of the coronavirus.
The ban will take effect from Saturday, March 21, 2020.
The Federal government had on Tuesday barred all public officials from travelling abroad as a part of measures to contain coronavirus .
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha announced the ban after a meeting held by the presidential task force on coronavirus in Abuja.
Countries on the list include United States of America, United Kingdom, China, Japan, Spain, France, Germany, Netherland, Switzerland, Norway, Italy, Iran and South Korea.
