All guests at the house party organised by Nollywood actrees, Funke Akindele will be face charges, once apprehended, for violating the lockdown put in place by President Muhammadu Buhari, to combat the coronavirus disease.
The Attorney-General, Mr. Moyosore Onigbanjo (SAN) who said this in an interview on Monday, explained that efforts were being made to identify and apprehend all guests present at the party.
“Once they are apprehended, they will face charges,” he said.
Funke and JJC Skillz who were on Monday charged to court and pleaded guilty for violating the Infection Disease Regulation of the Lagos State Government, were ordered to pay a fine of N100, 000 each and to observe a 14-day-community service.
The Chief Magistrate Yewande Aje-Afunwa, delivered the judgment and ordered them to provide the names and phone numbers of all their guests.
“Each defendant shall provide the names, addresses and GSM numbers of every person who attended the party within 24 hours,” she said.
Hip-Hop artist, Naira Marley, who was one of the guests at the party, turned himself in and was in police custody.
