The Lagos State Government has announced the discharge of 21 more coronavirus patients after testing negative twice for the virus.
This was made known in a series of tweets by the state Ministry of Health on Saturday evening.
The 21 patients were discharged from four isolation centres after testing negative twice for the virus.
Those discharged comprised 6 females and 15 males.
LSMOH tweeted, “21 #COVID19Lagos patients; 6 females & 15 males including a foreign nationals have been discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.

“The patients; 6 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, 11 from Onikan, 3 from Agidingbi & 1 from Gbagada Isolation Centres were discharged having fully recovered & tested negative to #COVID19.
“This brings to 875, the number of #COVID19 discharged cases in Lagos now.”
