BREAKING: Court Bars APC From Conducting Primaries In Edo

A Federal High Court in Benin City, Edo state has barred the All Progressives Congress, APC and its national chairman from conducting any primary election in the state.

The primary was scheduled for June 22 ahead of the state governorship election in September 2020.

The court on Monday barred the party from the primary election pending the determination of the suit on June 11, 2020.
