President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presided over this week’s virtual Federal Executive Council Meeting.
Buhari presided over the meeting from the State House, Abuja. Present at the meeting were Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari.
Some of his cabinet members including ministers attended virtually from their different locations.
Those physically in attendance at the Presidential Villa were the Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola; Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman; Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed; and the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
Others present were the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola; Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio; Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Omotayo Alasoadura; Minister of Water Resources, Engr. Suleiman Adamu, as we as the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen.
The Personal Assistant on New Media to the President, Bashir Ahmad said the ministers would present memos at the meeting for the President’s approval.
