The All Progressives Congress has commenced its primary election in Edo State.
Members of the party wore face masks during the election in compliance with the COVID-19 regulations in Edo.
In some of the wards, they limited those in the queue to about 15 as members displayed their membership cards as they await their turn to vote.
The Secretary of the APC committee, Dr Ajibola Basiru, had said that voting would hold in 192 wards in the state.
It insisted that not more than 18 persons are allowed to gather at the same time from the commencement of voting till the end of the exercise when results would be announced.
The aspirants taking part in the party primary elections are Mr Osaro Obaze, Dr Pius Odubu, and Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
