The suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, has regained freedom after 10 days in detention.

This development comes after the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Mohammed Adamu told Magu that the police had no hand in his detention.

Magu was accosted on July 6 by some security operatives over alleged mismanagement of recovered loot.
