FG Evacuates 87 Stranded Nigerians From Sudan

The Federal Government has evacuated another 87 stranded Nigerians from Sudan amid the coronavirus disease.

The evacuees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Air Sudan on Saturday.

The Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission, NiDCOM, made the announcement via its official Twitter handle on Saturday.

NiDCOM tweeted, “All Evacuees will proceed on a 14 days self isolation as mandated by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria, and the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on #COVID-19.”
