Edo: Obaseki Wins

The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki of the Peoples Democratic Party has been declared the winner of the September 19 governorship election in the state.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Obaseki the winner after polling a total of 307,955 votes in the election while Osagie Ize-Iyamu of the All Progressives Congress polled 223,619.
