Popular photo-sharing app, Instagram has tendered an apology to Nigerians for taking down #EndSARS related posts on Wednesday.
It issued the apology via its Twitter handle on Thursday and said the flagging of such posts were due to a systems error.
“Yesterday our systems were incorrectly flagging content in support of #EndSARS, and marking posts as false. We are deeply sorry for this.
“The issue has now been resolved, and we apologize for letting our community down in such a time of need,” the tweet read.
