Ondo State Attorney-General Sacked

The Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, has sacked the state’s Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr Kola Olawoye.
This was made known on Monday in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary, Mr Segun Ajiboye.
According to the statement, the governor expressed his appreciation to the sacked commissioner for services he rendered to the state. He also wished him success in his future endeavours.

Meanwhile, the governor has immediately appointed a human rights lawyer, Mr Charles Titiloye, as the new Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.
The statement said Titiloye’s name would soon be forwarded to the state
House of Assembly for confirmation.
