Sunday Igboho’s House Set Ablaze

One of the houses of Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho has been burnt down by suspected hoodlums.

The house was set ablaze in the early hours of Tuesday.

As of the time of filing this report, the firefighters from the Oyo State Fire Service have arrived the scene to put out the fire.

Igboho has been in the news recently for issuing eviction notice to Fulani herdsmen in Ibarapa and Yorubaland.

At the expiration of the ultimatum last week, Igboho and his followers stormed the Fulani settlement in Ibarapa to eject Seriki Fulani, Salihu Abdukadir, and herdsmen accused of perpetrating crimes ranging from kidnappings, killings, rape to invasion of farmlands with their cattle.
