Delta Assembly Majority Leader Dies

The Majority leader of the Delta House of Assembly, Sir Tim Kome Owhefere is dead.

Owhefere, a four-time member of the House, died on Wednesday night at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, after being hospitalised for about two weeks.

The deceased lawmaker, who represented Isoko North Constituency until his death, hailed from Akiowhe community, in the council area.
