39 Cyber criminals Arrested In Osun,Ogun

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) ibadan zonal office has arrested some suspected internet fraudsters known as Yahoo boys in the local parlance.

10 of the suspects were said to have been arrested at Ilesha Osun State while 29 others were arrested in different locations at Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
False documents, mobile phone, laptops and seven cars were said to have been retrieved from them.
The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, assured that judgement would be served on the suspects.
“They will be charged to court as soon as Report has it that the suspects were however arrested in different areas of the state
29 from Ago-iwoye and ten caught at Ilesha,ogun State. are concluded,” he said.
