Police Arrest Three Over Vandalism

Men of the Ogun state police command have arrested three workers for allegedly vandalising railway cables in Kajola of Ifo Local Government Area on the 11th of March 2021.

The suspects were arrested following a report by the supervisor of Kwochason Global Gas company working on new railway construction in Kajola.

According to him, five persons were caught while cutting cables at the railway line by the company security guard.

He further said that the suspects overpowered the security guard and ran away.

The suspects are Frank Obi
26yrs, Eze Ogbonna 42yrs and James Ejor 27yrs.

The DPO of Ifo Division, Adeniyi Adekunle on receiving the report ordered his detectives to fish out the hoodlums.

After a series of investigations, the policemen fished their hideouts and three suspects out of five were arrested and the other two escaped.

Investigation revealed that the suspects are all working in the same company and the exhibits recovered from them are; a shaw blade and a bunch of cable cut from the rail.
