El-Rufai Appoints 28-Year-Old As Head Of Kaduna Investment Agency
Governor Nasi El-Rufai of Kaduna State has appointed 28-year-old, Khalil Nur Khalil as the Executive Secretary of Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency.
The appointment was contained in a statement issued on Monday and signed by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Muyiwa Adekeye.
The statement was titled KADUNA UPDATE: KDSG announces cabinet reshuffle, new appointments.

Before his new appointment, Khalil was Director, Investment Intelligence at KADIPA, having worked with the agency since 2018.
