Senate Passes 2022 Appropriation Bill For Second Reading
The Senate on Wednesday passed for second reading the N16.39trillion 2022 Appropriation Bill.
Senate President, Ahmad Lawan also announced an adjournment of the plenary till November 9th, 2021.
Lawan said this will enable heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the Federal Government to defend their budget estimates for 2022.

Lawan further referred the budget to the Committee on Appropriation, directing them to report back in four weeks.
