Justice Bolarinwa Babalakin Dies

A former Supreme Court judge, Bolarinwa Babalakin has died at the age of 94.

Babalakin who was called to the London bar in the late 1950s died in the early hours of Saturday.

He was the father of businessman and lawyer Wale Babalakin.

The Chairman, Ayedaade Local Government Area, Gbongan, Osun State, Ayo Toyosi, confirmed the late jurist’s death.

His remains have been buried at his Gbongan, Osun State, in according with Islamic rites.
