The former senator who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the 8th Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani, has revealed why he decided to let go of his craving.
The former lawmaker said he craved roadside roasted corn for breakfast but decided to buy a more expensive meal for fear of people tagging his act as a political strategy.
Sani posted this on his verified Facebook account on Thursday attaching a picture that depicts anger and frustration.
He wrote, “I wanted to stop by the roadside and buy roasted corn, I changed my mind because some will say it’s just campaign, let me just go to Domino’s Pizza.”
Several Nigerian politicians have been condemned by social media users for doing acts they consider unusual during election periods.
