Atiku, Saraki, Adeyanju React To Abuja-Kaduna Train Bombing

Former Vice President and presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, has condenmed the attack on the 6pm Abuja-Kaduna train by bandits.
AN24 had reported that bandits, on Monday night, blew up the train rails and attacked the train heading to Kaduna from Abuja.
Atiku, through his Facebook account, charged the government to be proactive with security of lives and properties of Nigerians.
He wrote, “The attack on Abuja to Kaduna bound train that reportedly left many injured and some kidnapped is condemnable. The government’s commitment to the protection of the life and property of the people must remain sacrosanct. My thoughts and prayers are with all who are affected. As One People, there is no enemy, foreign or domestic, that we cannot defeat.”

Also reacting via his Facebook account, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki says he is monitoring reports of the bomb attack on the train while also praying for the victims and their families to get comfort.
“I am monitoring the reports of the bombing of the Abuja-Kaduna train tracks with great concern. We need real solutions to address this menace and end the loss of lives of innocent Nigerians.
“My prayers are with the hundreds of people and their families who are affected by this senseless attack. I pray that the attackers will be apprehended forthwith and our security agencies enhance their efforts in our ports and railways,” he said.
