Article 7.2(c) of the said PDP Constitution states that, “In pursuance of the principle of equity, Justice and fairness, the party shall adhere to the policy of rotation and zoning of party and public elective offices and it shall be enforced by appropriate executive committee at all levels.”
He noted that the party constitution provides room for zoning and rotation of positions and offices in the party, especially the presidential ticket among the geopolitical zones of the country.
He said his appeals to party leaders have fallen on deaf ears, accusing them of fraud and illegality.
