APC Presidential Aspirants To Pay N100m For Nomination Forms

The All Progressives Congress has announced that presidential aspirants under its platform will part with the sum of N100 million while Governorship aspirants will pay N50 million for nomination and expression of interest forms respectively.
This follows the party’s 11th National Executive Council meeting in Abuja on Wednesday.
According to APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, May 30 and 31 has been approved for the party’s presidential primaries.
Also, the party’s forms for Senate is N20 million; House of Representatives, N10 million and State Houses of Assembly, N2 million.

Earlier, the party had pegged the forms for lesser prices.
The NEC will also commence sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms from Saturday, April 23 to May 6, 2022 for the 2023 general election.
AN24 had earlier reported that a 50% reduction in nomination fees for youths less than 40 years for various elective positions was approved.
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State; Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi; Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State, are among the leading presidential aspirants of the ruling party.
