APC Slashes Cost Of Nomination Forms By Half For Under 40-Year-Old Aspirants

Ahead of the primaries of the All Progressives Congress, the National Executive Committee of the party has slashed the fee for nomination forms for every aspirant under the age of 40 by half.

This development was made known by the party’s National Youth Leader, Dayo Israel after the emergency meeting that was held today (Wednesday) in Abuja.

The meeting was fixed to address the party’s timetable and schedule of activities for its primaries ahead of the 2023 general election.

Israel who confirmed the 50% discount to AN24 correspondent, also posted it on his official Twitter handle, advising beneficiaries of the slash not to abuse the privilege they now enjoy.

Israel who has since he broke the news enjoyed accolades from some social media users believed to be APC supporters, also noted that the discount is the first in the history of the party.

He said, “The APC NEC has approved 50% discount on nomination forms for everyone under 40yrs old. This is a golden opportunity, but please LET US NOT ABUSE it. The first time in the history of the APC. Glory be to the Almighty. MashaAllah. #spreadinggreatness #apcnationalyouthleader”

President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, APC governors and other members of the party’s NEC were present for the meeting.
