Newly-Elected Kaduna Councilor Killed By Terrorists
A newly-elected Councilor serving the people of Gozaki Ward in Kafur Local Government Area of Katsina State, Nasiru Magaji has lost his life to terrorists’ attack.
The bandits had attacked the late councilor’s community in the wee hours of Wednesday at about 12:15 am.
He was elected on April 11 on the platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress along with several other executive officials in the 34 council areas of the state.

The community, which is also Governor Aminu Masari’s local government, has been a danger zone following several attacks on the community by bandits.
Thousands of people have been killed, maimed, kidnapped or rendered homeless in recent months due to the security situation.
Reports have it that bandits shot sporadically and attacked houses without hindrance, and kidnapped two women in the area.
A source, who spoke to The Guardian, decried the incessant attacks on the area and how no one has done anything to hinder those armed bandits.
Spokesman for the police command in the state, SP Gambo Isah was yet to respond to inquiry on the issue as at time of report.
