APC 100m Forms: Joe Igbokwe Blasts Youths For Complaining
A chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe has rebuked people complaining over the prices of the APC nomination and expression of interest form.
The APC after their emergency meeting yesterday pegged the cost for presidential aspirants forms at N100 million while governorship aspirants will part with N50 million, an announcement that has caused a stir among some Nigerians, especially the youths.
According to Igbokwe, a Special Adviser on Drainage and Water Resources to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, these same people complaining over the cost of the forms were the ones who donated over N200 million Davido’s birthday giveaway and another N50 million to buy a Benz for ex-Big brother Naija Housemate, Tacha.
The ace singer had created a new bank account with Wema Bank during his last birthday and requested that his colleagues and social media followers credit it. After the singer had realised over N200 million, he announced that he was going to add N50 million to the cash in bank and donate everything to orphanage homes across the country as a form of support.

Igbokwe who is also a staunch supporter of APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, condemned those who have berated the party’s decision on the forms.
He posted on his Facebook account, “I hear that those who raised over 200m within 24hrs for Davido on his birthday &raised over 50m to buy Benz for Tacha of BBN are complaining over 100m APC form. Awon werey ooo.”
While also replying a comment, Igbokwe said, “This is the only way to take boys and unserious people away. The Presidency of any nation big or small is not an all-comers affair. It is for the serious minded.”
