Former Liverpool and Tottenham player, Jamie Redknapp has named Arsenal as the favourite team to finish in the Premier League top four, ahead of Spurs and Manchester United this season.
Redknapp said this after Arsenal defeated Chelsea 4-2 in a Premier League tie at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
Goals from Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, Bukayo Saka gave Arsenal the victory over Chelsea.
Recall that Man United had on Tuesday lost 4-0 against Liverpool.
Arsenal are currently in the fifth position on the Premier League table with 57 points from 32 games, while Tottenham are fourth position with the same number of points and games and Man United are in the sixth position with 54 points from 33 games.
“Don’t underestimate how big a result [Chelsea 2-4 Arsenal] this is,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
“[There are] tough games ahead, Man United and Tottenham, but this makes them [Arsenal] favourites in the top four race again,” he added.
