One Night In Space: Burna Boy Shuts Down New York



Nigerian iconic singer, Afro-fusion artist, songwriter, and performer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy,becomes the first Nigerian musician to headline a show at the world’s most famous arena, Madison Square in New York.
Burnaboy gave a thrilling, mind-blowing and highly energetic performance at his “One Night in Space” concert in New York.
The ‘One Night In Space’ concert saw the Grammy-award-winning artiste sell out the most famous arena in what has become a historic showdown.
Burna Boy becomes the only African to do so at the 20,789 capacity facility in New York.

The patrons in the arena were joined by over 80,000 others who streamed online via YouTube.
This comes after he recently toured Europe, selling out the 20,300 capacity Accor Arena in Paris twice, the 13,000 capacity 3Arena in Ireland, and the 9,500 capacity Geneva Arena in Switzerland.

The African Giant was joined at the event by Senegalese legendary singer Youssou N’Dour, who spiced up his entry performance with their classic tune ‘Level Up’.
The Grammy award-winning singer, mesmerized his fans with his rich music catalogue.
Burna Boy, who single-handedly performed for close to three hours, rendering live performances of his smash hits like “Like To Party”, “Bank On It”, “23”, “Wetin Dey Sup”, “Dangote”, “Killing Dem”, and a handful of others, made it clear that he remains one of the best performers alive!

Burna boy has now become the first African to perform at the 4th of the top 5 busiest arenas, o2, Madison Square Garden, Manchester Arena and Ziggo Dome.
