BREAKING: Jide Adeniran, Jandor Wins Lagos PDP Governorship Ticket
Lead Visioner of the Lagos4Lagos Movement, Olajide Adeniran, has emerged as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Lagos State ahead of the 2023 elections.
Adeniran, known as Jandor, won with a wide margin, scoring 679 votes to defeat, Dacova Vaughan David, who came second with 20 votes.
Ten votes were voided during the PDP governorship primary election held at Ikeja, Lagos.

It would be recalled that a former Lagos State chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Engr. Adedeji Doherty; former Director-General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, (NIMASA), Dr. Shamsudeen Ade Dosunmu and two other aspirants earlier pulled out of PDP’s gubernatorial race in Lagos State.
Other aspirants who pulled out from the race include Deji Doherty, Olarenwaju Jim-Karmal and Gbadebo Vivour-Rhodes.
