BREAKING: Peter Obi Dumps PDP
Former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi has on Wednesday dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Obi was a foremost presidential aspirant under the PDP before his resignation which was centered around the “happenings in the party”.
He, until his resignation, was one of the 15 aspirants vying for the presidential ticket of the PDP.
The letter conveying his resignation from the party was submitted to the National Chairman of the PDP, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.
He is yet to disclose his next political move.
