Man Utd Confirms Lingard’s Departure
Manchester United has confirmed that Jesse Lingard will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of June, as expected.
The Announcement was made via a Clubs statement.
Jesse Lingard will be leaving Manchester United after over 20 years at the club.
The 29-year-old originally joined at Under-9 level in 2001, working his way through the club’s youth system before making his debut in 2014 under Louis van Gaal.

He has made 232 appearances for Manchester United over the intervening eight years, scoring 35 goals, including scoring three in cup finals.
However, he has never established himself in the club’s first-choice XI since his debut, and found opportunities limited under his former boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
