Adamawa Hunters Kill Woman, Son For Allegedly Practising Witchcraft
A woman identified as Uzarai Musa has been shot dead by Adamawa hunters for allegedly practising witchcraft.
Musa was killed alongside her son in Gulak, Madagali Local Government Area of the state.
The victims were accused of killing people and inflicting sicknesses on the residents of their community for years.
Their lives were ended by two hunters who claimed that their decision was made to relieve the community of Musa and her son’s witchcraft.

The local security men, Hassan Solomon, and Uleri Shaba, were said to have claimed that the deceased ‘witches’ killed two of their relations and were responsible for other mysterious deaths and happenings in their community.
Reacting to the incident, the officer in-charge of Crack Squad of Adamawa State Police Command, CSP Ahmed Danjuma Gombi, said the 15 suspects have been arrested over the murder of the duo.
