TRANSFER: Arsenal Signs New Backup Goalkeeper
Arsenal Football Club has signed a deal to bring New England Revolution goalkeeper, Matt Turner to the Emirates in the summer as a backup.
The two clubs have agreed on an initial £4.5m fee leading to £7.5m with further bonuses.
New England Revolution head coach Bruce Arena had confirmed that a deal was close.

According to Multiple Reports, Turner has agreed to a four-year contract with the club, who also have the option to extend for a further year.
Arsenal Manager, Mikel Arteta gave his view of the transfer, he said: “Matt is an experienced goalkeeper who will bring high quality to our squad – he was great in MLS”.
