We’ve Destroyed Southeast – Igbokwe

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe, on Monday said that they have destroyed the Southeast region of Nigeria.

Although it is unclear the people Igbokwe refers to as they, but his earlier submissions suggest that his post is targeted at Southeast leaders.

In an early post, the Anambra-born politician had told Igbo leaders to choose between getting Biafra nation, 2023 Presidency, Secretary to the Government of the Federation or Senate Presidency.

Igbokwe in a Facebook post on Monday lamented that the damage they (including himself) have done to the Southeast region will take years to heal.

The All Progressives Congress chieftain wrote, “We have used our own hands to destroy Southeast politically, economically and socially. Nothing is adding up again. The center can no longer hold. The wounds will take years to heal.”
