2023: Kogi PDP Chieftain Declares Support For Tinubu
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State, Shola Adedoyin has reportedly withdrawn his membership in the opposition party.
Reports obtained by AN24.net on Wednesday morning (today), revealed that the prominent opposition party member has also declared his support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The development means Adedoyin has now aligned himself with the nation’s ruling party ahead of the 2023 polls.
AN24.net learnt that Adedoyin confirmed his defection to APC after a meeting during the week with the Secretary, APC Presidential Campaign Council, Hon. James Faleke in Abuja.

The former Special Assistant to the immediate past Governor of Kogi State was said to have also declared support for the APC senatorial candidate for Kogi West, Sunday Karimi.
“It is time to move forward. It can only get better from here. It is Tinubu or nothing in 2023. We are winning hands down, the big journey has just begun” Adedoyin reportedly said while affirming his support for the APC.
