Why Tinubu Prayed For APC – Fani-Kayode
A spokesman of the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council, Femi Fani-Kayode on Thursday explained while the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu prayed for the Peoples Democratic Party in Jos.
According to the former minister, Tinubu prayed for PDP in accordance with the teachings of the Bible.
Dismissing claims that Tinubu mistakenly said PDP instead of APC because age was telling on him, Fani-Kayode said the former Lagos governor’s act was divine.
He wrote, “The Bible says ‘pray for your enemies and show them love for it is like heaping coals of fire on their head: in doing so the Lord will REWARD you.’

“Glad that BAT prayed for the PDP. We repay their EVIL with GOOD so that, as the Bible says, ‘evil will never depart from their households’.”
Recall that Tinubu had during the Tuesday presidential campaign rally in Jos, Plateau State, mistakenly prayed for the PDP in a now-viral video.
