Lagos Man Stabs Neighbour To Death For ‘Parking Wrongly’

A resident of First Unity Estate in the Badore area of Ajah, Lagos State, Tolulope Olowu, has allegedly stabbed his 33-year-old neighbour, identified simply as Pablo to death over car parking.
This was made known by the state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, on Sunday.
Hundeyin said that 41-year-old Olowu and Pablo, both residents of the estate, reportedly had an altercation on a parking space on their street.
According to the police image maker in the state, the crime was committed on Saturday at about 10.00 p.m.
It was gathered that all effort to quell the heated argument between the two men failed and later degenerated into fisticuffs and in the process, Tolulope allegedly stabbed Pablo with a knife in the stomach, and he died on the spot.

According to SP Hundeyin, “They had a misunderstanding over parking of a vehicle on the street.
“In the process, Olowu allegedly stabbed Pablo with a knife in the stomach and he died on the spot.
“Based on the report, a team of detectives from the Langbasa Police Division visited and photographed the scene.
“The corpse has been evacuated and deposited at the morgue of the Infectious Diseases Hospital, Yaba for autopsy.”
Hundeyin said the suspect has been arrested with the exhibit of crime, while an investigation was in progress.
